Job Description

We are a signage factory that design, fabricate and install interior and exterior signages. Our clients base range from construction sector, MNCs, statutory boards and Private SME.

We are seeking to hire a candidate with relevant expeirence and skills as listed.

Job requirements

Able to use Ms Office (Excel, Words, emails) proficiently doing report Familiar in construction industry Update internal department items ready to arrange for QC check and installation. Able to work in a multi cultural environment.

Job Responsiblities

To compile & segregate all approve production job sheets accordingly. To plan daily factory production schedule and installation schedule. (Training and guidance provided) Assist in ordering raw materials for smooth production workflow to minimize delay. Assist in arranging and planning of drivers for pick up as and when required. Attend to SCDF/MOM factory visits and follow up after inspection. Keeping track & arrange for inspection of all equipments due expiry for renewal such as fire extinguisher, LM Certificates.
