Description

• Responsible for the purchasing activities of raw & packing materials & indirect materials & services to meet factory production program & respective technical & support functions\' services requirements at acceptable & required quality, required quantity at price negotiated by stakeholders.

• Optimize inventory holding costs vs delivery frequency/related costs for primary/key materials (Raw & Pack & inclusive non-saleable HALB).

• Launch constrained, feasible, and realistic Detailed Production Schedule plans for Finished/Semi-Finished Goods for the production run in consensus with the MPS planner.

• To monitor and expedite purchase delivery to ensure timely product delivery.

• To manage daily production planning for the factory and ensure Detailed Production Scheduling consistently delivers achievable plans for the factory\'s related plant production process & filling operations within the given Master Production Schedule.

• To coordinate & liaise with relevant stakeholders (Production, QA, Application Group, Warehouse.) in areas relating to factory Detailed Production Schedule planning to ensure timely supply for local & export sales inclusive of customer orders fulfillment. Highlight in the event of high stock of factory\'s related products, drop in forecast & low stock with a sudden surge in demand.

• Manage exceptions & Follow up with corrective and preventive actions:

• Production shortfalls:- review with the MPS planner and discuss with production for a speedy recovery.

• Quality non-conformance - liaison with the QA team on estimated release, salvaging method, and recovery plans.

• Material shortfalls - review on the delivery plan and reschedule recovery based on the next arrival date.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent

• 3 years of experience in master planning or inventory control

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Solid team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.

• Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance
