Production Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Production Planning activities to ensure products and raw materials are planned and available in a timely manner and under the right condition.
• Monitor execution of plan and escalate significant variations, work with relevant internal partners to resolve bottlenecks, issues.
• Lead and drive towards meeting Supply Chain KPI, optimizing inventory by implementing the proper level of safety stocks & reducing SLOBs.
• Work with relevant team to reconcile supply capability to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stock situations for new wins, production related shortages or un-forecasted demand spikes.
• Development and drive action plans to improve production forecast accuracy and build sustainable production planning capability.
• Support monthly SE&A Executive S&OP forums working closely with Integrated Planning team and various stakeholders to drive towards meeting company financial objectives.
• Lead/Partner with APAC planning teams to drive towards systems/ business process optimization and cost savings projects.
• Continuously working to refine Production planning systems and methods to improve daily activities, thus driving productivity improvement.

Requirement:

• Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing industry with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Possess strong exposure within Planning activities for Raw Material and Finished Goods Production, SLOB. Aging management as well as support APAC Planning activities.
• Strong analytical skills with proven production planning track record in similar manufacturing environment
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP. Functional knowledge of Dashboard, analytical tools (Tableau, KNIME, Alteryx, etc.) is an added advantage.
• Good change management skills to identify and streamline existing demand planning processes and multi-tasking capabilities.
