Our Client plays an important role in Singapore\'s public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world class. The latter are made up of the regulators, public transport operators and card issuers.
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Senior Business Operations Executive, the supervisor will assist the Senior Executive in the following areas:
- Administer concession policies and schemes
- Manage data/photo, card production schedule and resource management
- Prepare regular reports pertaining to the concession cards
- Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operational processes
- Liaise with internal and external parties on concession card matters
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Diploma Holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- A team player with strong leadership ability, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to lead a small team of people
