Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Update and maintain documents, jigs, and fixtures related to Engineer Change Orders (ECOs).
Develop and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Collaborate with cross-function teams to address issues, introduce new technologies, and monitor process improvements.
Provide training to production staff on assembly techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process maps, flowcharts, control plans, and other documentation.
Support the team with flexibility to work overtime when required.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Support the optimization of existing workflows and procedures.
Evaluate products and processes to ensure standardized quality assurance measurements.
Collaborate with process improvement teams and engineers.
Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and gather and analyze data.
Assist in the implementation of streamlined solutions.
Update process documents, create training materials, and monitor the effectiveness of improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Lean /Six Sigma principles is preferred.
SAP / MES experience is highly desirable.
