- Can choose between day or mid-shift schedule
- Five regular working days a week only
- WFH setup
- You will be supporting the Production environment which includes Production Issues, Move to Production, and Post Prod Testing
- Help Production Manager in assessing the latest builds in staging before moving them to production (act as a Production Gatekeeper)
- On-standby during deployment and on-call during Production Issue Support
- The day-to-day task will include checks on each of the different products of Single and every functionality that comes with it (Purchase journey, Redemption, Cancellation, Claims, etc)
- Must be knowledgeable about the overall processes/functionalities of both Model 1 and Model 2 (on-going build) systems which will be covered during onboarding
- Focus on quality improvement
- Assure a suitable practice for the software development
- Black box testing or white box testing
- Constant monitoring
- Include Risk Management with the Quality Affirmation
- Minimize the cost of maintenance
- Formulate the requirements
- Quality Assurance engineering
- Business analysis
- REST API experience (good to have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep analytical skills
- Project and resource management skills
- Work collaboratively
- 8 hour shift
