Job Responsibilities

• Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are followed and that established targets are met.
• Coordination: Collaborate with machine operators, quality control personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Data Management: Record production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues. Prepare reports for management summarizing production performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues that may affect production output or quality. Initiate corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and protocols. Conduct regular inspections and monitor key performance indicators.
• Inventory Control: Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory levels. Assist in inventory audits and ensure materials are available as required for production.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Report any unsafe conditions or practices to management.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to new employees and assist in skill development of team members as needed.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing, production technology, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in production control, manufacturing, or a relevant technical field is desired.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with advance planning systems.
• PowerBI
• Final phase system/ Fabtime
