Accountable for the improvement and development of machinery, equipment and processes and technical competency/ production training in the Singapore Well Screens site in accordance with the requiremen Accountable for the improvement and development of machinery, equipment and processes and technical competency/ production training in the Singapore Well Screens site in accordance with the requirements of the manufacturing activities to ensure maximum production levels. Develop and deliver a planning schedule to support continuous operation and personnel development at the manufacturing working with workshop leadership to account for gaps in learning and areas of improvement. Manage personnel safety in accordance with local legislation ensuring correct training and competence is delivered in a timely manner to prevent QHSSE incidents. Understand method of manufacture and determine opportunities for improvements utilising tooling and fixturing to produce quality parts effectively and with increased high repetition.Assist with production flow as required. Develop and implement production routings Support the development and action the delivery of robust work instructions for all manufacturing tasks. Develop and implement practical one-page work instruction for machine opertors, including critical to quality (CTQs) Work with departmental supervision to develop competency matrix for all manufacturing employees Develop and action a training program for manufacturing employees in accordance with risk assessments, work instructions and process procedures. Focus on continuous improvement of personnel skill and competence to achieve high level efficiency and productivity. Provide proficient technical training for machine shop personnel in all manufacturing tasks. Develop course material based on manufacturing operational documentation and work practice to ensure consistent and efficient manufacture Evaluate productivity against competence and establish improvements in training and delivery to ensure optimum productivity Support the planning team to coordinate the manpower resource in conjunction with delivery expectations and material availibilityParticipate in planning and production meetings to establish gaps in technician understanding and available resource to establish training requirements Coordinate training plan in conjunction with the delivery plan to ensure trained technicanas available to deliver quality product. Qualification: comfortable working at Jurong East, Mon - Fri 8am - 5.30pm (company bus pick-up provided at nearest MRTs) Diploma/Degree in Technical subject Experience in risk assessment training Experience in an industrial environment with focus in machine operation, development, improvement and training Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams. Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with all departments to ensure positive results. Pay Structure: Basic salary + 1 month AWS + NO Variable Bonus (company bus pick-up provided at nearest MRTs - Jurong East, Clementi, West Coast)
