ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for the support of the CCH Learning programme with particular focus on supporting customers and all aspects of the delivery of the webinar and in-person training programmes. This may include, but is not limited to, invoicing and reconciliation of CCH Learning transactions, creating and maintaining products in the online store, handling the logistics and the running of live events, fielding customer enquiries, liaison with presenters, facilitating live webinars and liaising with product managers, sales & finance teams to provide customers with a seamless support experience within the CCH Learning environment.
The role requires a can-do attitude and professionalism in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a Permanent position, based in Shenton Way, Singapore on Flexibile Working/Hybrid Working model, working in office 2 days per week.
Event Administration & Organisation
Create webinar and event products as required in:
Online Store
Webinar Software
Account maintenance of products, customers, and vouchers in the online store
Maintain up to date schedule of seminars/webinars
Maintain revenue and expense report
Set up webinars and related support materials in webinar software
Event Sales and Customer Support
Monitor sales process
Support customers during transactions through phone and email enquiries
Ensure accurate invoicing of transactions
Monitor and chase product payments
Webinar and Events Support & Facilitation
Coordinate and manage event logistics
Liaison and negotiation with hotel/clients/vendors/media partners
Confirmation emails to presenters and customers
Obtain course materials from presenters
Prepare and deliver course materials for all webinars and events
Liaise with webinar presenters and conduct AV check/orientation if required
Check and chase up registrations for events
Create feedback survey and e-certs for webinars and events
Create CPD quiz for later use in recordings for webinars
Moderate and record CCH Learning Webinars as and when required
Webinar and Event Follow-up
Share feedback scores to speakers and the events team
Obtain invoices from speakers/vendors and submit to finance team
Provide feedback information to CCH Learning management
Create new On Demand product from live webinars
