Representative for CPM Meetings, SPS Meetings, Kaizen Meetings, AM Meetings when required
Prepare shift passdown report when team leader is not around
7. Basic Training \xe2\x80\x93 Attain competency to perform production work in standardized way
Attend training planned to learn skills and knowledge required
Be trained in executing production operation according to WI
Be cross-trained in 2nd process area (at least in one Module)
Be a primary Trainer to conduct operational training at work station to new PS
Conduct Training to PS/SPS according to WI or training reference materials
8. Competency Matrix
Achieve competency matrix of 100% for the work area assigned
Drive competency of PS to 50% and 75% respectively
9. Standardized Work \xe2\x80\x93 Perform standardized work to achieve highest level of safety, quality & productivity
Ensure standard work during production execution is according to work instruction (WI) to meet production target plan
Perform standardized work & execute production operation according to WI to meet production target, whenever required (e.g. shortage of manpower)
Maintain quality of products by performing routine audit check, in-process quality inspection, SPC and required measurements
Ensure controlled run assigned is being performed based on given condition (e.g. EWR, NCR)
Calibrate machine (if needs arises) and update SPC charts on a periodic basis
Oversee and coordinate material movement flow (WIP) based on production targets
10. Job Observation
Conduct Job Observation (JO) daily to ensure operator are performing operations in accordance to WI, and in compliance to safety & quality requirements.
Ensure follow-up & closure of action items generated from Job Observations conducted
11. Leveling \xe2\x80\x93 Optimized flow in production & ensure optimized manning
Understand production target & ensure production execution to meet the target plan
Highlight & troubleshoot any abnormalities or quality issues observed. Escalate it to appropriate personnel when necessary (e.g. long machine downtime, poor product quality, abnormal incident at workstation, low yield issues etc.)
Ensure levelling of material inventory
Trigger OCAP, and Machine Stoppage, if need arises
12. SGA/SPS \xe2\x80\x93 Use systematic problem solving methodology to analyze & identify root cause of issue, and implement solution to solve or prevent future reoccurrence.
Perform line issue troubleshooting (e.g. machine issue, man issue, process issue, etc.)
Guide & Train team to perform complex troubleshooting
Participate in SPS projects, and suggest potential SPS Projects
13. Continuous Improvement/Kaizen - Recognize & support improvement process defined
Be trained & execute operation in improved WI
Support in training PS & SPS with regards to newly-improved or revised WI, or fan out
Provide improvement actions, comments and suggestions
Participate in Kaizen activities / AM Activities
6. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Technical / Professional:
Minimum 11 years of education (primary : 6 years, secondary : 5 years)
Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment.
Technological:
Knowledge in 5S Housekeeping,
Knowledge of WI and SOP
General:
Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work under stress
People / Relations:
Willingness to learn
Proactive working attitude
Ability to initiate without being asked
REC Knowledge:
Working experience in Solar/Semiconductors/Electronics manufacturing industries is advantageous
