Production Superintendent
Job Description
Responsible for reviewing daily digitalization and production data, work closely with engineering and data analyst to improve on machine down time and productivity. Interview, selects and hire of new employees. Recommends promotions and termination of employees under his supervision with approval of Operation Manager. Assures that employees are properly trained and high discipline.
