Job Description

- Position Title: Production Supervisor
- Working Location: Yishun (Nearest MRT: Canberra)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8.30 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- To identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement.
- To check and monitor production output accordingly to various set KPIs.
- To manage training, certification & re-certification of staff.
- To ensure the safe use of the equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- To maintain the discipline of staff & housekeeping knowledge (5S).
- To support and work with cross-functioning departments in continuous improvement programs.
- To check production output according to the specifications.
- To analyze and provide solutions to the production-related problem and maintain/ improve yield, efficiency & quality.
- Other duties assigned as & when required.
- At least a Diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of related supervisory experience.
