Job Description

- Position Title: Production Supervisor
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.45 AM \xe2\x80\x93 6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,200 + OT + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Supervise daily production activities
- Responsible for production scheduling and materials allocation
- Ensure proper handling of machines by operators
- Ensure adequate supply of materials for production to meet orders
- Ensure availability and proper housekeeping of all cutting tools
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Highlight any quality, production issues, machine malfunctioning to the immediate attention of Operations Manager and/or relevant Sales personnel
- Review work processes, practices for continuous improvement to raise efficiency in operation
- Ensure Workplace Safety and Health practices are in place
- Supervise and motivate the production leaders and operators
- Perform related duties as and when required as assigned by the Management
- Minimum 1 year of Production experience or related
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
