Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Skin Care and Cosmetics Manufacturing
- Position Title: Production Supervisor
- Working Location: North - Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 2800 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Lead, train, and coach team members to ensure effective performance and teamwork
- Manage and oversee daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling
- Participate actively in the entire production process from raw material preparation to the completion of finished products
- Perform cleaning and basic troubleshooting of production machinery to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee the full manufacturing process, including purchase requests, material withdrawal and issuance, and handover of finished goods to the warehouse
- Create, maintain, and update records in the SAP system
- Maintain and update ISO documentation, records, and related compliance materials
- Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the Superior or Management
- Min. ITE in Engineering, preferably Chemistry background
- Min.3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
