Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide and assess performance of production staff in accordance with Production department goals
- Support trial production and validation of new equipment/process/material
- Liaise with maintenance, quality control, warehouse and production management as needed to facilitate redressing operation
- Lead investigation and resolution of customer complaints and implement Corrective actions & Preventive actions
- Support departmental audits by internal/external auditor
- Diploma in Production, major in chemical engineerin, industrial engineering or equivalent preffered with min 5 years of working experience, 3 years in people management role
- Knowledge of cGMP, ERP and MES software
- Good writing skill
- Positive with sense of urgency
