Job Description
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to be in charge of the manufacturing line, making sure targets are hit at a minimum cost.
What Will You Do
- To direct and control the operation of the manufacturing line, ensuring fulfilment of planned quantity within expected quality, at minimum cost.
- To maintain a high standard of plant hygiene, safety and discipline among the workforces.
- To ensure execution of maintenance & repair timely, maintain the required inventory of spare parts and control of maintenance costs
- At least a Diploma in Engineering or similar
- Must have minimum 1 - 2 years experience in people management, food processing, maintenance
- A good team player
- Result Focus, Enable Results Through Others
- Having initiative & courage
