Information:
Salary range: Up to $5,500
Permanent Night, Mon to Fri, 8pm to 5:30am ($15/per shift)
Responsibilities:
Support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings). Oversee operators' competencies, training, feedback, performance metrics, discipline & comply 6S. Adhere to production plan, monitor progress, drive KPI, material accuracy, yield output & efficiency. Troubleshooting and promptly feedback to superior. Analyze the root cause of defective products, and take corrective and preventive action. Allocation of resource for production lines including manpower, equipment, and materials. Monitor's records and documentation in production line integrity, accuracy and effectiveness. Drive kaizen methodology, optimize production, promote efficiency, and reduce scrap and costs. Participate and encourage the team to support company activities and program
Requirements:
ITE/Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 2 years supervisory in Manufacturing environment. Possess leadership and ability to lead a team of production staffs, and Computer literacy.
