Summary:
5 days (Monday - Friday), 8.00am - 5.30pm Industry: Semicon / Manufacturing Salary up to $3800 AWS + Variable bonus Company with great career prospect
Responsibilities:
Overseeing 40-50 technicians/operators across 3 teams Supervised daily production operations including assembly, testing, and First Article builds (FA). Planned schedules, assigned tasks, and monitored progress to meet production deadlines and quality standards. Trained and mentored Production Leads and staff, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement. Troubleshot production issues, identified root causes, and implemented corrective actions. Coordinated with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and optimize processes. Enforced safety protocols, conducted inspections, and ensured compliance with workplace regulations. Analyzed production data and maintained accurate reports to track performance and drive improvements.
Requirements:
Candidates with relevant experiences in
semicon industry
