Job Description

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel Accomplishing work results, establishing priorities Monitoring all production progress Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees Overseeing and coaching employees Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance Check production output according to specifications Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources Employees attendance management Ad-hoc assigned by management

Requirement

Minimum completed primary school or equivalent Minimum 2-3 years experience * Self-motivated, able to work independently and a team player
