Job Description
Production Supervisor (cable manufacturing/MNC |West)
- Permanent morning shift,
- Mon- Fri 7am to 6pm (OT payable after 44 hours per week),
- Alt Sat 7am to 2pm
- Reports to Production Manager/Asst Manager
- Ensure Production meet delivery requirements in a safe manner
- Supervising workers, production schedule & in-process QC checks
- Provide guidance to new workers, organize training when required.
- Monitor & Report on machine utilization and coordinate with Planner\xe2\x80\x99s schedule on job-loading
- Ensure proper machine operation & identify machine for preventive servicing/ repair
- Conduct regular employee briefing/meeting (toolbox, safety, etc)
- Investigate the root cause of non-conformance, and recommend corrective actions and measures
- Ensure operators have sufficient Raw Materials for machines
- Provide administrative support for production
- Emphasize good 5S and proper housekeeping on the production floor
- Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level or equivalent
- With 2 years in Team Leader or Supervisor role in manufacturing environment
- Forklift License
- Able to work overtime
