We're looking for a

Production Team Leader

to take charge of daily operations on our manufacturing line. In this role, you'll balance hands-on work with leadership, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality output, and guiding team members toward success. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and helping people grow, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Coordinate daily production activities, manpower, and waste disposal arrangements Ensure output meets established quality standards and timelines Maintain accurate daily production records Monitor housekeeping and workplace safety across the line Escalate production issues promptly to supervisors when needed Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues, and step in during manpower gaps Work closely with Maintenance on equipment concerns Train new team members for smooth onboarding Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives Oversee raw materials management and inventory accuracy Conduct and support SQDC meetings and improvement activities

What We're Looking For

Solid understanding of standard operating processes and technical judgment Clear communicator, comfortable with technical terms and documentation Experience in basic leadership, coaching, and mentoring Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP or similar systems Organized, with strong time management skills Basic technical knowledge to support troubleshooting and problem-solving

Work Schedule

Day Shift:

7:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Night Shift:

7:30 PM - 7:30 AM 4-day work weekabout 15 working days/month + OT Includes 2 paid tea breaks + 1-hour lunch per shift Optional overtime available

What You'll Get

Pay & Allowances:

$2,700 - $4,000/month (including OT & shift allowance)

Shift Allowances:

Up to $15/day (Day) | Up to $25/day (Night)

Bonuses:

Guaranteed 13th-month + performance bonus (up to 2 months)

11 annual leave days + ~15 off-days monthly from the shift schedule + OT
