Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Train, guide and work with production operators and junior technicians in producing high quality instruments
• Perform assembly, calibrate, test and pack instruments in accordance to released operating procedures and instructions
• Perform troubleshooting on components and integrated systems
• Assist production supervisor or line leader in daily line operations
• Work with supervisor and assist engineers to execute controlled production builds that address equipment-related quality issues and drives quality, productivity and cost improvements
• Execute assignment by assisting Engineers to do complex troubleshooting and assisting Supervisor for report data collection and provide independent judgement
• Involve and support process improvement activities to meet production goals
• Support 5S and Lean activities
• Operate software operating system such as ERP system

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, or
• NTC or ITE Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with 5 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years working experience working in a quality management system in compliance with ISO 13485-2016 or CFR 21 or cGMP production floor
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specification and data sheets
• Understand production bill of materials in relation to production process
• Working knowledge on basic Electronics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in completion of new product transfer preferred
• A proactive team player
• Participated in ISO 13485-2016 audit or FDA inspection would be an advantage
