Rotating 3 shifts schedule after training

• 1st shift: 0815 hrs - 1630 hrs
• 2nd shift: 1615 hrs - 0030 hrs
• 3rd shift: 0015 hrs - 0830 hrs

Information

• Basic Salary ranging from $1,600 - $2,000 with AWS & Variable Bonus
• 3 Rotating Shift with Incentives:
• Overtime Allowance
• Transportation Allowance
• Rotating Shift Allowance
• Productivity Allowance
• 10 mins walk from Tuas WEST MRT
• Company transportation will be provided for all shift schedule, pick-up point at Lakeside MRT station.

• Identify raw material on packing and understand the importance of first-in-firstout in quality assurance.
• Feed-in of raw material or recycle product by operating hoist safely.
• Perform in-process quality checks by timely collection of the appropriate samples and checking using QC lab equipment.
• Accurate data entry of all material movements / in process sample inspection results in hardcopy and digital production records.
• Ensure Technician\'s work completion in accordance with all requirements that quality and output is met.
• Check and inspect production machinery or equipment. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform basic preventive maintenance and carry out basic repair timely.
• Operate forklift to retrieve raw material and stack product from and into the warehouse floor respectively.
• Ensure that all production activities are carried out in accordance with Work Instruction (WI).
• Maintain good housekeeping of the production area.
• Adhere to Safety procedure and regulations. \xef\x82\xb7 Awareness on product quality requirement
• Awareness of company management systems such as ISO 9001, 14001 etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \'N\' Level / O Levels or Nitec
• Have the capability to lift heavy objects

25kg * On the Job Training will be provided

• In the event there are insufficient Technicians present to perform packing work, cover the shortfall in manpower. Where there is sufficient headcount for packing, (Technician will not be required to perform packing work)
