Production Supervisor / Production ManagerResponsibilities
Set up and troubleshoot molds and processes; perform maintenance during runs. Ensure process settings comply with Molding Data Sheets. Support production to meet output and quality targets. Manage scrap control and material usage efficiently. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and cleanroom standards. Assist in identifying and preventing process non-conformance issues. Communicate clearly during shift handovers. Participate in validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Requirements
NTC-2 / Diploma in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years of injection molding experience (medical molding preferred). Knowledge in scientific molding, process optimization, and hot runner systems. Familiar with ISO 13485 and cleanroom standards.

3rd Shift:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMRest Days:

Basic Salary:
$1,600 - $2,000 / monthShift Allowance:
