Job Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to build machines based on required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
• Perform product functional/system test and leak test, identify errors and conduct rework if required.
• Report and assist engineers in problem solving and troubleshooting
• Ensure full and efficient pass down to the next shift
• Highlight any problems or abnormalities in production floor
• Perform housekeeping, adhere to manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol
• Actively take part in continuous improvement activities
• Train and guide new operators/ manufacturing technicians (Buddy System)
• Support other ad-hoc activities and tasking that assign by the superior

Requirement:

• Basic computer literacy
• Possess hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing and troubleshooting
• NITEC / Higher NITEC or its equivalent
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics/Engineering
• Able to comprehend electrical / mechanical drawings
• Must be willing to work shift work and able to commit to the shift pattern and OT if required
• Able to carry heavy loads (up to 20Kg)
• Must be willing to work in the cleanroom environment: wearing jumpsuits, safety helmet and safety shoes
• 1 - 3 years experience in manufacturing/aerospace/engineering industry is an added advantage
