Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on
Production Technician
to be part of our high-performing production team. In this role, you'll manufacture, test, and support the production of aviation components while gaining exposure to multi-product lines. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic aerospace environment where precision, quality, and continuous improvement are key.Key Responsibilities
Production & Testing:
Manufacture and integrate production units with minimal supervision, including functional testing.Quality Control:
Follow best practices and quality systems such as MIF, WCI, and Chorus.Calibration & KPIs:
Maintain production KPIs and perform equipment calibration with M&T support.Skill Development:
Acquire multi-product manufacturing skills through cross-training and mentoring.WIP Management:
Manage Work-In-Progress inventory efficiently and report any production anomalies.Continuous Improvement:
Participate actively in 5S and Kaizen initiatives to enhance production processes.Administrative Support:
Assist with purchase requisitions and document archiving.Physical Requirement:
Ability to lift and carry items up to 30kg.Requirements
Education:
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electronics EngineeringExperience:
1-5 years of relevant manufacturing experienceTechnical Skills:
Ability to follow detailed manufacturing and technical instructions
Skilled in reproducing precise production processes
Able to operate complex testing tools and interpret test results
