How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
1. During daily routine TGCM site operation:
Maintain and operate gas and chemical delivery equipment at the customer site; perform basic troubleshooting and recovery of gas and chemical equipment;
Perform daily rounds which includes recording inventory and system readings, completing system and facilities inspections, monitoring gas and chemical systems and verifying flammable/corrosive/toxic gas monitoring operation;
Complete gas cylinder/drum/pallet/trailer, chemical drum/IBC/ISO tank container change-outs;
Error-free issuance of portable packages of gases and chemical to customers;
Timely collection of hazardous waste from production lines;
Participate in Air Liquide\'s and Customer\'s programmes (e.g., training, safety, continuous improvement, quality, reliability, etc.);
Operates TGCM gas and chemical systems in accordance to procedures and checklists
2. Safety / Quality / Risk Management.
Comply with all HSE and quality procedures, including the proper use of PPE, forklift operations, lock out/tag out procedures, confined space entry, Life Saving Rules, work at height, etc.;
Follow proper procedures for handling spills/gas leakage/emergencies, transfill of materials, and segregation of incompatible materials;
Identify hazards and unsafe acts, and demonstrate positive workplace safety attitudes of attentiveness, eagerness, alertness, carefulness, seriousness, and being task-focused, team-oriented;
Serve as Emergency Response Team member
Strict compliance to local legislations and IMS requirements
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain good working relationships with Customer and team members;
Proactive in identifying Customer\'s needs and preventing Customer\'s complaints
4. Staff training and development.
Achieve the required levels of competency for TGCM operations by attending and passing both virtual and in-person trainings (including OJT);
Continuous skill upgrading through internal and external trainings

Who Are We Looking For?
Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Chemical / Mechanical or related field.
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment working directly with hazardous materials; preferred experience in semiconductor/photovoltaic/chemical/industrial gas environment.
Ability to understand and abide by stringent safety rules
