Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

The Production Technician ensures safe operation of Bulk Supply Systems, maintaining uninterrupted gas supply while prioritizing safety, quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Conduct routine plant logging and inspections on nitrogen generators, UPOX units, gas purifiers, and auxiliary equipment.

Identify and promptly report any abnormal plant or system conditions to ensure uninterrupted operation while meeting customer specifications.

Handle the receiving of bulk gasses, ensuring traceability of gas delivery orders and stock levels.

Calibrate analyzers accurately and maintain precise records of quality measurements.

Manage the startup and shutdown as per procedures for Nitrogen Generators and Oxygen Purification plants.

Administer tasks in compliance with site-specific ISO or IMS standards, upholding the required quality standards in the gas center.

Assist in the development, modification, and revision of operational instructions, risk assessments, and process flow documentation.

Prioritize safety and security protocols, promptly reporting unsafe conditions and near misses.

Actively participate in improvement programs, contributing valuable insights.

Fulfill additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

Are you a MATCH?

Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferably possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in materials supply or manufacturing, with expertise in handling hazardous materials, with a preference for experience in semiconductor, chemical, or industrial gas environments.
