Performs preventive maintenance a. Executes according planning the maintenance visit, with sub-contractor if required b. Performs the maintenance work according procedure and standard c. Contacts maintenance call-center if curative maintenance due over the planning d. Prepares report and obtains maintenance intervention report customer signature. Confirms data in SAP (kilometers-time-spare parts used-cause of failure...) 2. Repairs and troubleshooting of equipment failures a. While work notified or confirmed by tele-maintenance operator and spare parts received, executes the visit to customer site b. Analyses (with sub-contractor if applicable) the trouble and confirms required work to perform. Performs the work c. Communicates the spare parts used and obtains the intervention report signed by the customer 3. Ensures all quality & safety procedures are followed a. Knows and respects all the IMS procedures of related qualification domain. Ensures Compliances and applicates IMS rules b. Assists the Quality team in the learning process of ISO norms and standards c. Knows and respects the country SOPs and standards 4. Reports accurate and up-to-date maintenance information a. Communicates with the Maintenance planner to ensure quality and integrity of the data. b. Validates in the visit form the confirmation of the work performed (remote transfer) c. Ensures completion of the malfunctions catalog d. Writes consolidated reports on quality defects and customer complaints 5. Communicates potential problems that may affect capacity & quality a. Identifies through experience and trouble analysis the disfunctionment of gas equipments b. Observes work area(s) and is alert to and avoids unsafe behaviors and conditions or other hazards c. Participates in corrective measures when appropriate or authorized 6. Face to face meeting with the customers (internal or external) & internal sales force a. Interfaces with customer personnel with professionalism and appropriate sensitivity. b. Respects and promotes the Zero safety incident goal 7. Participates to Cost Estimation a.
