Job Title: Production Engineer/Technician(Must Can Read English & Chinese)


Ferragold Singapore Pte Ltd is a leading innovator in CPM [Chinese Proprietary Medicine], dedicated to delivering high-quality products and solutions to customers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled, independent, and motivated Production Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and growth of our manufacturing operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.


Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes to minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections, quality checks, and update documentation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Implementation of process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, and cost-saving initiatives. Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment (entry-level candidates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply). Proficiency in English and Mandarin language to liaise with machinery manufacturers. Proficiency in operating PLC systems, automated packaging assembly lines, or other relevant equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus. Excellent communication skill
