Job Description
- Basic Salary: $2200 to $2600
- 5 Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Morning and afternoon shift: 7am-5.15pm and 2.50pm-11pm
- Location: Boon Lay (Walkable from MRT)
- Operate machinery related to Chemical Lines (Soap Coating, Zinc Phosphating, Lubrication, Cleaning & Anodizing).
- Operate Furnaces (Maintenance work and operating of the Furnaces).
- Operate Forging & Forming Presses with the associated Die Sets and Automated loaders/ Un-loaders.
- Operate CNC Turning Centres.
- Operate machinery related to Tumbling and Drying.
- Operate machinery related to Spray Painting and Stencilling Marking of Ammunition.
- Operate machinery for Filling / Mixing of explosive material.
- Operate machinery related to Explosive Loading of Ammunition.
- Perform assembling at Components level to Final assembly of Ammunition Product & Packing.
- Perform process related to Labelling, Packing & Palletizing of Parts, Boxes, Pallet, etc.
- Perform Handling/ Shifting of Parts/ Equipment involving the use of lifting equipment (Jib Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Lifting Tables, Pallet Jacks, Trolley, Forklift, etc.).
- To carry out Recording, inspections and documentation.
- Complying with Company Policies, Security Regulation and EHS Regulations
- Other General / administrative task as assigned by the Supervisor.
