Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate food processing equipment and machinery in accordance with company standards
- Monitor food processing equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Verify that processing parameters and preparation methods are set to the correct specifications
- Enforce standards for food quantities, packaging formats, and materials used in the processing lines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dispose of waste in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Adhere to food production standards, safety regulations, and hygiene policies at all times
- Relevant working experience in seafood market production is an advantage
- Comfortable with repetitive work activities and operating machinery
- Exposure to physically demanding work conditions
- Physically fit, able to carry up to 10kg
- Lunch provided
- Working location: Fishery Port (Company Transport Provided)
- Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon-Fri, 8am-5:15pm; Sat, 8am-1pm
