Job Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for overseeing the production of dim sum such as steamed buns and buns, and ensuring that the quality is of high standard and consistency.
2) Manage and control food preparations to minimize food waste.
3) Assist with food planning and be able to make new snacks.
4) Train and supervise the food production team to ensure all recipes are followed during preparation.
5) Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards meet all NEA requirements. Work requirements: - At least two years of relevant experience
