Responsibilities
As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power
Transistor sub-Group, you will manage the product characterization and
qualification of Silicon MOSFET, IGBT, Silicon Carbide MOSFET, GaN HEMT
and Power Modules.
The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:
- Testing program development and debug.
- Product characterization.
- Engineering DOE evaluation activities.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- PCB design and development.
Profile
Requirements
- 3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Final Test environment
- Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
- Understand the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Power Transistor devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs);
- Wide Band Gap technology-based products such as HEMT GaN and SiC Power
- Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (Teradyne ETS88TH,
- Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.
- PCB Hardware design knowledge & trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic.
