As an Engineer accountable for the introduction of new product inside the Power Transistor sub-Group, you will manage the product characterization (dynamic) and qualification of Silicon Carbide Technology based Power MOSFETs; additionally, you might be required to handle other technologies in our portfolio like IGBTs, GaN HEMT and Power Modules.

The job holder will be involved in characterization laboratory activities such as:

• Testing program development and debug
• Product characterization
• Engineering DOE evaluation activities
• Data analysis and reporting
• PCB design and development

• Bachelor/Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of direct work experience in a semiconductor Final Test environment preferably as a Test Development Engineer.
• Experience/knowledge in new product characterization and qualification.
• Understand the semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Power Transistor devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs);
• Wide Band Gap technology-based products such as HEMT GaN and SiC Power MOSFET is considered a plus.
• Experience with industry standard Automated Test Equipment (ACCOTEST STS 8200, TESEC), Power Device Analyzer (KEYSIGHT B1505A).
• Test Software development experience & skills, including knowledge of C/C++.
• Knowledge of statistical method and process control.
• PCB Hardware design knowledge & trouble shooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills as well as detail-oriented work ethic.
