The Role

This role is for a Freelance Professional Coach position with Fleek. At Fleek, clients are assigned to a professional coach who will offer guidance on their image, looks and EQ so as to further their advancement not only in dating, but in their professional space as well.

You will be part of our team of consultants offering professional coaching services to clients. We deeply value the quality of all courses delivered, hence you will also be given opportunities to enhance your credentials and knowledge externally on a regular basis in order to provide top-notch services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the coaching needs of the clients
• Prepare and provide coaching sessions
• Exercise patience and good judgment when providing sound and professional advice
• Work with our senior coach on new content and delivery of our professional courses
• Follow up with clients after the training programs
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of case notes and/or photos to account for your clients\xe2\x80\x99 coaching portfolio after each session

• Extensive knowledge of professional skills (some examples include: communications, public speaking, networking, voice training, physical training, confidence building, wine pairing, finance management, money mindset, nutrition, wellness etc)
• Any other technical or professional skills are welcomed to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Associates from hotel or hospitality line, business owners, lecturers, teachers and trainers are welcomed to apply
• Ability to feel comfortable working with a wide range of ages, ethnicities, religious preferences, sexual orientation and cultural perspectives.
