What this job involves:



Collecting and analyzing quantitative data such as:

headcount; occupancy, collaboration, and utilization; floor plan layout, efficiency, and functionality, as well as developing an understanding of clients' existing operating models for real estate and facilities management services, the alignment of supply and demand of physical offices space, resource strength, baseline costs, business processes and performance metrics usually related to the real estate portfolio.

Collecting and analyzing qualitative data such as the diversity of opinion among the leadership team, their vision, expectations, levers and blockers of change and critical success factors, and the extent to which this aligns with their people. This will be done by means of key stakeholder interviews, including C-suite interviews, staff workshops and focus groups, online surveys. the impact of hybrid working on their corporate culture, sense of brand and identity, as well as organizational structure.

Synthesizing and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative findings, analyzing them and developing scenarios and option for the client's consideration, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting their decision-making process.

Helping clients to implement their preferred scenario through a change management and communications programme, including planning and managing the change management process, and collateral preparation and presentation (graphic, text, video, etc.).

Collaborating with other subject matter experts from other JLL teams locally, regionally, and globally. These may include representatives from sustainability, occupier leasing, transaction management, interior designer and project management, and IFM account management teams.

Collaborating and sharing knowledge with JLL teams locally, regionally, and globally on such as assignments as call for it.

Fresh graduate from Architecture, Real Estate, Interior Design, or Psychology programs are welcome.

Posses strong data analysis skills and proficient with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Strong communicator and be able to present to senior stakeholder etc
