As a Professional Golf Instructor at Hidden Castle Golf Club (K-Golf Global Pte Ltd), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups using our advanced golf simulator technology. Your primary duties will include assessing players' skill levels, developing personalized improvement plans, conducting lessons, and fostering a positive and engaging environment for all customers. You will also be expected to stay current with golf teaching methodologies and continuously improve your instructional techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group golf lessons using indoor golf simulators. Assess students' skill levels and identify areas for improvement. Develop customized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals. Provide clear and constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and performance. Utilize video analysis and other technology tools to enhance instruction. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all students. Stay updated with the latest golf teaching methodologies and technologies. Assist in the maintenance and calibration of golf simulator equipment. Promote and support company events, programs, and services. Maintain accurate records of lessons and student progress. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized teaching environment.

Requirements:

PGA/LPGA certification or equivalent professional golf instructor certification. Proven experience as a golf instructor, preferably in an indoor or simulator setting. In-depth knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement personalized golf instruction plans. Familiarity with golf swing analysis software and other teaching technologies. Passion for golf and a commitment to helping others improve their game. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
