  • Job Summary
The role of Professional Medical Representative (PMR) directly involves in marketing and selling woman, mother and childcare products and medicine of NutureMed Pharma Inc., as well as maintaining high sales turnover and hitting monthly target.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing
  • Responsible for the ethical promotion of the own brand products, exclusively distributed line of products in assigned territory by clearly communicating to medical doctors, about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use including scientific information;
  • Shall be responsible for marketing and selling our products to the customers (doctors, midwives and other related medical practitioners) by organizing round table discussion and arranging product presentation;
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with doctors, medical staff, and midwives and supporting administration staff in a particular unit/dept.;
  • Manages samples, promotional materials, and budgets for marketing activities;
  • Keeping detailed records of all contacts and updates at all times;
  • Plan work itinerary in weekly and monthly timetables;
  • Keep up with the latest clinical data supplied by the company and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with MDs, midwives, and other health professionals in the area;
  • Monitors competitor activity and competitors' product and recommend possible counter plan of action;
  • Maintains an open mind attitude in anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly;
  • Develops strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk a wider range of business partner in the medical sector;
  • Stays informed about the activities of health services in a particular area of assignment;
  • Ensures the availability of product range. Business generation through effective marketing strategy in hospitals, clinics, health centers, NGO and LGU;
Administrative and Marketing Activity Function
  • Regularly submits required documents, reports, and other related information that is necessary to improve coverage and promotion to District Marketing Manager;
  • Submit a monthly projective forecast and targets in the promotion of own brand products.
  • Determine the most efficient, productive and economical coverage in assigned territory and recommend its implementation.
  • Maximize the usage of promotional materials, samples and other materials use in promoting the own brand products and submit a regular report on the inventory level of samples to avoid either over-stocking or out of stock situations.
  • Prepares Monthly Coverage Plan to strategically covers all MDs within designated area and allows the enhancement of MD reach within economical and productive coverage;;
  • Submits the requirements based on prescribed timelines:
  • Monthly Expense Report
  • Details of Transportation Expense (Point to Point)
  • And other account related requirements
  • Attends Marketing Events designated and ensures full cooperation and collaboration to maximize the goal of the event;
  • Submit documents and requirements regarding Marketing Events such as but is not limited to:
  • Post-activity Report
  • Attendance
  • Picture evidence
  • Expense Liquidation
Others
  • Supports the District Marketing Manager and NurtureMed Business Manager in developing programs, policies and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;
  • Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, Safety and Health Practices, Quality Management, and in the Employee's Handbook; and
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the District Sales Manager and NurtureMed Business Manager.

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing and other related course
