What will you do?
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will support major Enterprise Architecture projects in Singapore. You'll guide clients through EA programs using platforms like HOPEX, Horizzon, and Alfabet, tailoring solutions to their needs.
You'll lead project scoping, workshops, specifications, testing, and training, while managing a team of solution engineers.
You'll be part of the international Professional Services team within the Customer Success Organization, reporting to the Director of Professional Services APAC. The role is hybrid and based in Singapore, requiring flexibility with time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on EA best practices and supporting value delivery via architecture & portfolio management.
Preparing and leading scoping meetings.
Analyzing architectural elements and recommending improvements and best practices.
Identifying client needs; suggesting methods/tools, defining and validating the Groups' customizations, and creating user and methodology guides.
Leading sessions and tailoring materials.
Overseeing project timelines and workloads.
Managing client relationships and leading steering committees.
Spot new opportunities and communicate client flow.
Enhancing knowledge base and practices.
Handling timesheets, forecasts, and expenses.
Who are you?
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role, working for a Saas, global company.
Core Expertise: Enterprise Architecture & EA software implementation (Government, Finance, Insurance, and Telecom).
Certifications: EA Framework (e.g. TOGAF) and Project Management (e.g. PMP, CAPM, Prince2, etc.).
EA Tools: Hands-on experience on EA platforms (Horizzon, HOPEX, Alfabet...) preferred.
Software integration: experience in writing functional specifications and UAT test cases.
Leadership & Project Management: Leading teams & managing multiple projects. Strong planning and scope negotiation skills.
Storytelling & Communication: Strong storytelling skills to communicate business value and outcomes to both business and IT audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Confident presenter, strong communicator, relationship builder, and mentor for customer success.
Personal Qualities: High ownership, customer-focused, honest, and able to navigate ambiguous environments.
Work Approach: Results-oriented, hands-on, analytical, process- and numbers-oriented, with an agile approach to output.
Willingness to Travel: Open to occasional travel within APAC to enhance customer engagement. Occasional International travel may be involved for company events.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
