We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Professional Services team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, optimise revenue and achieve project objectives in relation to cost, time, and quality.

Your responsibilities will include assembling project teams, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing customer relationships, and liaising closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of projects. Additionally, you will be accountable for implementing governance standards, tracking and monitoring project team status, and assessing end-to-end processes to establish best practices.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Managing Projects according to client\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with functional teams to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Gaining knowledge of business policies, practices, and intelligence tools, and working with contracts, finance, and booking teams.
  • Creating team dashboards and scorecards for review.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and tracking KPIs/focus areas.
  • Developing KPIs, conducting analysis, and executing mitigation plans.
  • Coordinating and negotiating with partners and subcontractors.
  • Building customer relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Creatively and analytically problem-solving in a team environment.
  • Procuring adequate resources to meet project objectives within timelines.
  • Implementing governance standards, tracking project status, and establishing best practices.
  • Reporting and tracking project metrics, financials, and SLAs.
  • Managing risks, changes, and impact analysis.
  • Delivering end-to-end project documentation, control, and success, and transferring to Operations.
Experience:
  • Experience in Cyber Security or related field
  • ITIL/PMP Certification or ability to secure certification.
  • Proven and effective leadership skills with a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • The confidence and maturity of judgement to represent the company at senior levels with customer organizations both nationally and internationally.
  • Exceptional written communication skills including authoring content and editing.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management in a matrix organization.
  • Strong customer focus and external relationship management.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity to make effective commercial and financial decisions
Desired Exposure:
  • Very good reporting and Data analysis skills (Excel expertise is a must, SFDC reporting expertise is a plus)
  • Basic financial understanding (margin, costing, pricing, etc.)
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities is essential
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT integrations challenges
  • Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Data Protection products (e.g. HSM, Authentication, Encryption solution, Payment HSM\xe2\x80\x99s, Mobile Security), smart cards, typical network technologies, IT Security, encryption, PKI, strong authentication, enterprise IT...
  • Overall solution knowledge from Software/Server/application, from project set-up to production deployment
