Now MSAB offers the opportunity to take on technical challenges in a hybrid role that bridges Professional Services consulting and Technical Support in a global leading company in Digital Forensics situated in Singapore. As a bonus you will contribute to create a safer world.

The job

In this role you will ensure that our customers are successful throughout the full lifecycle of our solutions from requirement gathering through advisory to solution deployment. You will be responsible for delivering pre-installation consultation meetings, onboarding and implementation services, enabling customer adoption, and providing high-quality support to resolve technical issues.



So if you have a curious mindset, are skilled in troubleshooting, tech savvy with experience from working with digital forensic solutions, cloud solutions for example from preferably police organizations, digital forensics or similar it is interesting to us. If you also have the ability to act as a trusted advisor in technical installations having the maturity to know when to ask for help and escalate issues. Then we want to talk to you.



This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language for the APAC region are considered an asset.
