Summary:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and proactive Program Coordinator/Executive

to support the Program Manager in driving semiconductor manufacturing projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a hands-on approach to ensure programs are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Manager in planning, tracking, and executing semiconductor programs. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and customers. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Program Manager as needed. Support ad-hoc program-related tasks and initiatives to improve processes and efficiency. Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date. Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by direct superior.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Engineering, Science, Business Administration

, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in

project/program coordination

in semiconductor manufacturing or a related technical environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in

project management tools and MS Office

(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Willing to work on-site at
