Job Title:Program Director, APAC:Job TitleProgram Director, Asia PacificJob SummaryReporting to the VP of Supply Chain Strategy and Trade Compliance, the Program Director, Asia Pacific position is located in Singapore. This newly created position offers an opportunity to drive and enhance business processes through collaboration with Asia Pacific region leadership and Entegris operations teams to improve customer engagement in our APAC region. The primary focus for the position will be to lead the implementation, adoption, and adherence of key business processes within the region. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of Entegris business processes, be able to work cross functionally in a global environment and have a strong commitment to compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and adoption of new standard business processes across multiple functional areas within the APAC region.Confirm processes are maintained and sustained to meet operational standards.Ensure close alignment with Entegris policies and procedures in the region.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team understanding of processes and promote best practices across the organization.Train new staff and those transitioning roles to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.Be the primary escalation point for key decision support to the US, as-needed.Requisite Criteria & Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role, with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to document and audit operational practices.Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams.Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.Willingness to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region.
