Job Description
Program management of specific products to meet customer requirements Responsible for successful project realization of new products Responsible for excellent customer relations Cost management (est. cost < budget cost) of specific projects Planning & execution to prepare the organization for production/ramp readiness Communication and documentation of engineering changes of the allocated products Realization and communication of cost down programs and lead time reduction program with customers Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. 2-3 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints and sketches Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of ERP and experience in the manufacturing industry will be advantage We are open to candidates with no experience and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
