Job SummaryAs a Program Executive, you will be part of the Centralised Program Coordination Team, and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are delivered in a consistent, effective, and efficient manner that meet the required standards of relevant policies and regulations.Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programs to the elderly in the community.
• Ensure that programs meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement
• Implement new programs and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct program evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programs
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programs and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing program activities.
• Manage program budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programs.
