What will you do?
- Responsibility and Accountability of Projects \xe2\x80\x93 includes Planning, Cost Management, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management.
- The PL will assist in onboarding of new team members into the business; be a true leader of the team and promote and foster a collaborative culture ensuring openness, transparency, acceptance, coaching, mentoring and passion as key attributes.
- The PL will assist the project team with project reviews and projects forecasting, along with assisting to drive a high-performance department culture both with direct team and peer teams aligning to our SCOPE values.
- The PL is expected to lead and support with Global reviews during and assist when required with presentations to both external and internal parties.
- College/University Degree in an associated discipline
- PMP or Similar Certification
- Min. 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with six years related work experience in project management
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Engineering and Project Management Skills
- Strong knowledge of contracting procedures and tactics relative to areas as project correspondence, documentation, timely notice of claims, subcontract negotiation and subcontract administration
- Strong PC skills in Excel, Word & Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills and Customer service skills
- Sound Organisation and time management skills
