DFI Team Brief
We are seeking a Program Management Lead to bring us to the next level! This is essential for the execution of our digital retail backbone based in Hong Kong including Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Indonesia. We are in the early stages of a 5-year program to deliver new retail technologies in every one of our 10,000+ stores, 42+ distribution centers and 15+ offices across Asia to enable real-time O2O e-commerce with our customers. We have multiple countries to be rolled-out to and need harmonized business processes across all the markets we operate
Key Responsibilities
What\'s on the menu: Program Management Lead is responsible for the planning and execution of multiple projects and programs within the technology department. This includes stakeholder alignment and scope definition, managing budgets and resources, selecting the right execution methodology, developing high-level and detailed plans, progress monitoring and reporting, risk and issue tracking and resolution, and project closure. He/She will also lead a team of project managers to coach and ensure that the team can perform efficiently. It is the responsibility of the Program Management Lead to continuously improve the project and program management methodology. This includes identifying and implementing new processes, tools, and techniques that can help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs. Program Management Lead will need to be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and service providers. They will also need to be able to collaborate effectively with others in order to deliver successful programs and projects
