  • Engage as a key team member in the Program Management Office (PMO) under the HR Digital Transformation initiative.
  • Project governance: Assist in implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
  • Project portfolio management: Assist the PMO Lead who will oversee the organization\'s project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Project planning and control: Assisting project managers in developing project plans, defining project scope, estimating resources and timelines, and monitoring project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk management: Assist in managing project risks to minimize potential negative impacts on project outcomes.
  • Resource management: Coordinating and optimizing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, across projects to ensure efficient and effective utilization.
  • Reporting and communication: Providing regular project status updates, performance metrics, and other relevant information to stakeholders, including senior management, to facilitate decision-making and ensure transparency.
  • Quality management: Establishing and implementing quality assurance processes, standards, and metrics to ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Training and support: Providing training, guidance, and support to project managers and team members on project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing lessons learned from previous projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pmSalary:
  • Up to $5,500 (depending on experience)
