design, market, and execute unique learner experiences

that enable children and youth to become changemakers.

Job Responsibilities:



Recognize and harness opportunities to

design, market, and execute programs

in schools and special projects with community partners. Develop

innovative, learner-centered programs

and plan and execute sales and marketing activities. Apply a good understanding of

program design, UI/UX principles, pedagogical models, and process management

(preferably in K-12 or tertiary education). Trainer Management: Manage a large pool of trainers from periodic recruitment to program execution. Facilitate and manage school programs using

design thinking and human-centered design concepts

. Utilize

design thinking, UI/UX frameworks, and marketing strategies

to enhance learning experiences and stakeholder engagement. Manage other business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth, meeting revenue targets.

Job Requirements:



Degree in Business / Education / Teaching / Marketing / Design or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in: Teaching, curriculum design, or project-based learning Organizing and implementing educational projects School coordination and trainer management Working in a

design consultancy, UX/UI environment, or co-managing client projects

. Strong

project management skills

managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth. A team player with the ability to work with different stakeholders at all levels. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; some proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa would be an added advantage. Adaptability, creativity, and agility in problem-solving.
You may be an expert or interested in at least one of the following:

Design Thinking Practice

UI/UX and Human-Centered Design

Sustainability Social Emotional Learning Leadership or Life Skills E-learning Service Learning or Project-based Learning

Who you may be:



An

experienced facilitator

who designs project-based or experiential programs A

design thinking and UX practitioner

currently working with multiple stakeholders, passionate about using those skills to impact education An educator experienced in project-based learning A successful training and development manager driven to work with children using your

instructional design and marketing skills
